Return Policy

Right of return: You have the right to return items purchased from Mazzury within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging.

Return costs: Customers are responsible for return costs, unless otherwise stated in connection with special offers or in the case of defective goods.

Refund: Once I have received and processed the returned item, I will issue a refund to the original payment card or payment method used for the purchase. The refund will include the full purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping charges, unless the item was returned due to an error on my part.
